Set in the grounds of Cardiff Castle, the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama trains some of the world’s most outstanding performing arts, stage management, arts administration and theatre design students enabling them to enter and influence the world of music, theatre and related professions. Well known for its distinctly warm and welcoming character, the College hosts over 300 public performances every year including orchestral concerts, recitals, drama, opera and musical theatre in its Dora Stoutsker Concert Hall, Richard Burton Theatre, Bute Theatre and Caird Studio.

Small World Theatre

Small World Theatre is an Arts and Culture for Development organisation with over 32 years experience of producing theatre, directing, performing, puppetry & teaching environmental issues.  The company has its origins in puppetry and uses giant puppets in spectacular narrative pieces, often performed outdoors.  Recently Small World Theatre has expanded its work and built a sustainable arts centre, a provision for training, performance and creative workshops.
